ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Position Summary
The Account Executive shall initiate contact with prospective and existing clients, communicating the company’s Two Way Radio and Wireless Solutions and to develop business opportunities of equipment sales, and services to the company’s high visibility customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell to customers the company’s Wireless Systems Solutions.
  • Achieving the assigned sales goals;
  • Liaising with company employees to sell the company’s Systems Solutions
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products;
  • Keeping abreast with what competitors are doing;
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
  • Confer with potential customers regarding equipment and services needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase.

Required Experience and Knowledge

  • Two years of highly responsible and verifiable experience in a competitive sales environment.  The successful candidate must be an aggressive, highly skilled sales professional with proven success in selling in a competitive marketplace.
  • Sales and Marketing -- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Technology – Sales technical knowledge of consultant type selling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Must be able to work in a team environment.

Experience and Education

  • Minimum education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year university or college with major course work in business and/or communications, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in working with technology systems.

PROJECT MANAGER

Job Requirements
The Project Manager shall manage the successful installation of communications systems.

  • The successful candidate shall have good interpersonal skills, both out of the office and in the office. 
  • Be able to complete projects and project milestones within budget and on time. 
  • Be able to read and understand various customer requests for price quotation (RFP/RFQ) and/or contract bid specifications, architect and/or specialized interconnection drawings in order to develop man-hour and material budgets to perform the requested work.
  • Be able to perform careful, accurate study of all contract bid specifications, drawings, and attend all required site visits with the customer’s contract representatives in order to develop necessary: 1) man-hour & materials estimate, 2) Proposal letter, 3) General and Special Terms and Conditions, and 3) Written Scope of Work.
  • Be able to maintain installation project information confidential and well organized.  Provide necessary administrative work to ensure that all proposals and awards are properly entered into the company’s records and tracked for timely response, materials staging, scheduling, execution, and close-out.
  • Be able to effectively use various electronic industry references, catalogs and local suppliers to obtain required installation materials for installation projects awarded.
  • Be able to work closely with others in the company to maximize productivity in the completion of installation projects within the usual constraints of company resources.
  • Be able to obtain contract completion to include punch list completion, customer sign off, and project closeout financial audit.
  • Be a multi-tasking, take charge and results oriented person with strong organization, written and verbal skills.
  • Be responsible for contract administration, purchasing/sourcing review, job scheduling and tracking, report writing, billing and documentation.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Education & Experience
Education:        University degree or college diploma
Experience:       2 years of work experience in a project
Other:               PMI Certification is a major asset.  Familiarity with communications projects is a plus.

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN (KAUAI)

Position Summary:
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, service & repair of wireless communications, CCTV, network and various electronic equipment.

Attributes:

  • Technical design and troubleshooting expertise in wireless telecommunications
  • Excellent report writing abilities
  • Ability to work independent of supervision
  • Ability to transform conceptual technical ideas into words and diagrams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of electronic theory and radio design
  • Strong technical, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Autonomous individual that is motivated, a team player and dedicated to training lower level engineers and or technicians
  • In field support of service orders and or projects are also essential
  • Ability to deploy and perform work in the field as a part of a team or as a technical team lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • General radio wireless technician support
  • Manage multiple projects throughout the market and assuming full responsibility for each
  • Determining the status of the numerous HEPR projects underway and moving them through the various stages to completion

Qualifications:

  • Technical school training or similar background
  • Electrical/IT theory knowledge required
  • FCC license, CET, A+ or Network+ certification highly desired
